Here is a grouping of websites that offer instruction in throwing, including mechanics, errors that athletes often make, videos for sale, and even solutions.  I find it helpful when treating children who are currently beginning baseball and as summer leagues start.

Duffy:  Thank you Toby.  Having played years of baseball and being a Javelin thrower, I learned proper technique, which makes instruction to your young patients easier.  After all, how can we effectively treat the throwing athlete when there is not even an understanding of proper and improper mechanics?  Sites like these, and many others (also books at Border's and even the library) can teach so much.

At our clinic, we have a Sony Caddy Cam, which is a battery operated TV on tires that we can tow out to the parking lot and videotape kids throwing and review/instruct mechanics.  Often, we just use the standard 8mm video camera and then play it back in the clinic on the 19 inch TV.  Your referring physicians, coaches, and even parents and athletes, are going to trust you more when you can show that you understand proper techniques for throwing, and can make an honest and professional effort to find out deficiencies.  Often the suggestion still needs to be made to seek out professional help via a private/self-pay pitching coach or even baseball camp.  However, your sports physicians aren't going to send you patients when they know someone else in the region can provide better service and training.
